I am trained in EMDR to better help individuals process traumatic events and move forward with greater peace of mind.
I enjoy working with individuals seeking greater purpose and meaning in their lives. Although pain is an unavoidable part of the human experience, we can learn to relate to our pain differently. With trust, hope, empathy, and humor, we can work together to help you develop greater insight and create more fulfillment in your life.
