Many times you may be afraid to share your thoughts and feeling for fear of being judged. No matter the choices you've made, we can work together to help you heal.

I use evidence-based treatment including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Healthy coping and thought stopping skills, as well as processing through your challenges can help you tackle life in a positive way.

I do my very best to provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental environment for you to have your needs met. Helping you create physical, emotional and spiritual balance is important to help empower you through this journey is the ultimate goal.
