I have worked in the mental health field since 2005, and since 2013 as a licensed therapist. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, adjustment and/or transitional periods of life. I believe therapy can bring about personal growth and is vital in individuals becoming, or returning to who they want to be.
Through my almost 20 year career in the mental health field I have had a wide range of client populations, ranging from adjudicated teens to retiring adults. Most of my experience has been with late stage teens to early adults transitioning to different stages of their life.
