I have experience working with clients of all ages, especially with adolescents and young adults. As a therapist I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I approach therapy through a trauma informed lens. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)/
