I offer a safe, holistic space so that you can find freedom from past patterns and habits that are getting in the way of what you really want: a greater sense of connection, more loving relationships, deeper contentment, happiness and joy. I am a certified sound healer and offer 10-15 minute sound healing experiences as part of the beginning or end of sessions if preferred.
Our work together will focus on your needs and goals, as well as addressing the roadblocks that may be in the way. I use a multi-faceted style that uses clinically minded techniques for understanding yourself more deeply. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Sex, Desire and Attachment and Anxiety healing. I am also Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Trained.

This immersive one-day community offering on September 7th will provide an intentional space for personal reflection, sharing in community and processing holistically.
