We can help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief and loss, food or eating related problems, exploring career and educational goals, family, couples, and relationship issues, and more.
We have a team of therapists with a diverse range of backgrounds, experience and education. We do our best to match our clients with an appropriate therapist based on your needs and the therapists skills and experience.
Our goal is to provide quality affordable mental health counseling services to those who wouldn't otherwise have access to care. We provide an income based sliding scale fee for those who are uninsured or underinsured, and we accept Cigna, Aetna and Medicaid.
