I work with individuals by integrating evidence-based practices, tools, and expertise from lived experience. My goal is to guide the people I work with to illuminate their strengths, access inner resources and sources of motivation, and develop a personalized plan to connect with and bring forth their ideal self.

My approach draws upon Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral theories. I integrate expressive arts, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques into my work with individuals to provide a holistic therapeutic experience. I have received training in Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) interventions.

My areas of focus are Mood Disorders, Interpersonal Relationships, Guilt/Shame, Chronic Stress, Self-Esteem, LGBTQIA+ Concerns, and Women's Issues. I am passionate about working with FGLI College Students, Young Professionals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals impacted by intergenerational trauma.
