Hey there! I'm Debby Ponton with Mended Hearts Counseling. I specialize in seeing adults seeking Christian/Biblical Counseling or non-faith based counseling who struggle with depression, bipolar, trauma, including Dissociative Identity Disorders, marriage/relationship and self esteem/worth issues. I also serve farmers, ranchers, military and veterans.

I offer Christian/Biblical Counseling as well as non-faith based counseling. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral approach, but also include Solution Focused Counseling.

As a Christian Counselor, I believe that true and complete healing comes from healing that only Christ can bring. While Christ brings healing, I believe that I have been called to be a vessel in emotional, behavioral, and relational healing with my education and experience. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” Psalms 147:3.

The topics taught are a great opportunity to learn so much about oneself and others. It's a wonderful resource to learn much healthier coping skills despite a participant's past. Our program includes an assessment, orientation, and 24 weekly group sessions.
