(I currently have some limited immediate openings!) Therapy is a journey that an individual needs to be ready to partake in; what that journey looks like is up to the person seeking it. I offer support in my clients' journeys. I provide a safe, understanding, non-judgmental environment, that is focused on support and respect. My goal is to help others through trials and tribulations that can come with life, and to help them heal by balancing life along with mental health. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and strongly believe in supporting all minority populations (Yo hablo español).
I work with Spanish-speaking and other minorities around cultural issues or identity issues. I have training and experience working with couples and navigating relationship issues. I also specialize in working with pre-teens/adolescents, suicidal ideations, mood disorders, and OCD. I am trained in EMDR and use it to address trauma/PTSD.
I always start my sessions with “Where do you want to start today?”, as I meet my clients where they are. If someone does not know where to start, then we can find where that is together. I am here to support my clients with whatever they may be currently facing, so they do not have to do it alone. I look forward to meeting and supporting you!
