DBT SKILLS are classes designed to assist you in better managing behaviors, emotions and thoughts. The goal is to help you effectively deal with; Problems with anger or the expression of anger, depression, irritability or anxiety, intense or chaotic relationships, impulsivity, stress and feelings of emptiness by developing effective skills.
DBT Skills are concrete, practical skills which have successfully helped participants to create a path to a fulfilling life. The classes are offered in 8 to 10 week segments for a total of 26 sessions. New skills are presented each week and homework is assigned to practice each week.
