**Contact for Registration** || The purpose of this counseling group is to bring together women who wish to address by-products of trauma. We will spend our time together constructing a special space to discover and develop an appreciation for the protective parts of you, identify and tap into strengths, and explore your sense of purpose through interpersonal and experiential group therapy techniques (expressive arts and psychodrama). This group will emphasize the discovery of self-compassion as you connect with your ongoing resilience and inspire motivation for positive change that is often born in the wake of significant trauma.
