I help people get their unhelpful thoughts out of their way. Your thoughts keep throwing useless “solutions” at you that never really work and sometimes even make things worse. Your mind may even come up with new problems that do not exist with thousands of “what if” scenarios - as if it’s getting paid by the minute to work against you. It can be frustrating and stressful to go through this same loop day after day. I get why you are ready to try something new. I can help you build the skills you need to respond to difficult thoughts in healthy and effective ways.
We will work collaboratively to help you develop a toolkit of skills you can use to solve whatever obstacle life may throw your way. I use my curiosity and humor to share my knowledge about how our minds work and strategies for responding to difficult thoughts in healthy and effective ways.
My goal in my career is to work myself out of a job by helping you meet your goals. You will develop the skills you need by learning more about what is going on, why it is happening, and (most importantly) what to do to take back control.
