I believe a lot of us are carrying some degree of self-judgment, shame, or unresolved pain. Until those wounds are neutralized, nothing you do to try and change will work.The combination of therapies that I use are designed to release negative belief systems and painful emotions. To heal them at the core so that you are free from them completely. My years of experience have taught me how to identify the root of the problem and to know what will be most effective in healing what is keeping you stuck.
There is a wisdom within our hearts that is meant to guide us, that knows how to heal us. Yet so many people are unable to connect to this aspect of themselves because of all the layers of pain and self-judgement they are carrying.
I utilize a combination of traditional psychotherapy techniques, EMDR, and Breathwork to heal issues at their core. The work is intense at times, but it gets results. My goal is to create a space that allows you to finally discover the truth of who you are.

Breathwork Group
The breathwork is an active meditation that creates the opportunity for powerful healing to occur. This ancient eastern breathing technique allows the conscious mind to relax enabling access to the subconscious mind. Once awareness is brought to the belief system creating the problem, it can be changed. Doing the breathwork causes this to happen automatically. 90% of our behavior is determined by our subconscious mind. We have to go to the source of the problem to truly be able to heal. When we quiet the mind we are able to access the wisdom in our hearts.
