So, what actually is a holistic approach? Holistic means tending to all the parts of one’s self- the physical body, the mind, and the connection to spirit. I have created a healing program that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based practice, and motivational interviewing around nutrition in order to overcome barriers.
