It can be overwhelming when you don't feel that's true, but that's where therapy can help. I offer a non judgmental safe space for you to sort through the various difficulties you may be experiencing and help you create happiness and order in each area of your life. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help. Growth is not a linear journey.
I take a client-centered approach to treatment, meeting clients where they are. I provide my clients with a compassionate, laid-back, and comfortable space to speak freely about their struggles without fear of judgment. My approach to therapy is rooted in my belief that, at the end of the day, we're all humans and life can be difficult at times.
I mostly work with children right now, but I am interested in working with teenagers and young adults. I offer Telehealth and in-person appointments in Stanford, KY at Quest Counseling, LLC.
