Just as the body has the ability to heal physically, the mind can also heal from psychological trauma. I believe that every single person has a powerful story, and I take pride in providing a safe, calm environment where you are empowered to share, and heal from your story. I do offer evening appointments as well as phone or video conferencing appointments.

My interpersonal style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful. I am trained in EMDR therapy which has been used successfully to treat trauma. I also utilize a variety of theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and humanistic, in order to develop a treatment plan that is unique to each individual.

I have worked with clients of all ages, and backgrounds. I have found that meeting a person where they are and sharing the human experience is healing and effective.
