I love helping people gain access to tools through CBT to help them better manage their anxiety. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and have seen it help people recover from various kinds of trauma and relieve symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. EMDR is also an amazing therapy option for many other struggles of life that we become stuck in.
