I serve the adults who are from underrepresented groups aiming to break free of generational cycles. I help people who want to define healthy boundaries, become comfortable in their own skin, and create a future that serves them- not those around them. My clients are individuals that want to step out of their trauma responses, defense mechanisms, and find healthier options for managing their emotions. We are working towards being able to build and maintain stability long-term. I offer both individual therapy and group therapy to help my clients move forward in their healing.
I am EMDR trained and specialize in treatment of extensive trauma history and persistent depression/ anxiety. I tend to work with humans who have experienced varying levels of abuse/ neglect to regulate their systems and gain some stability. I use books, homework, weekly challenges, and facilitate different groups to supplement individual treatment.
