Mindfulness Mondays
Welcome to Mindfulness Mondays! This is an ongoing skills-based and experiential group that is designed to assist you in applying mindfulness techniques to your life and developing more self-compassion. The 6-week group covers any of the following topics: 1. breathwork, soothing self-touch 2. grounding 3. self-compassion 4. Self-care 5. Mindfulness 6. energy boundaries and hygiene. We may utilize meditation, Reiki energy healing, Brainspotting and other modalities. Online on Mondays from 6-7 pm; $150 for the entire 6 weeks. No refunds policy. Email me to sign up today.
