Hi there! My name is Courtney and I recognize it takes a lot of courage to seek out a therapist and finding the right fit can be hard. I work with individuals and couples and an ideal client for me is someone who feels like they have tried everything in their power to feel better but they keep getting stuck. I will help clients move through depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. I often work best with people who have over compensated for others and tend to be people pleasers. I also help with major life transitions. I am gender queer and would love to support fellow LGBTQ+ folks. More info on couples on my website.

I specialize in trauma informed care particularly childhood trauma. I am unique in my ability to be authentic and kind while also adding in dashes of humor to help during heavy moments.
