My approach integrates spirituality, mindfulness, attunement, somatic exercises, and powerful modalities of Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems to access the roots of your wounds and help illuminate your unique path for self-discovery. I often say, “our issues are in the tissues”, we’ll speak about the bodies storage of emotional history and trauma.
