Hola! I’m Clarissa, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Wanda Hudson Consulting team as a Masters-level counseling intern. Life throws us unexpected challenges, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and unsure. I’ve been there, and I understand. My aim as a counselor is to help you unearth your strengths, find meaning, and embrace your purpose. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors holding you back from reaching your fullest potential. My journey into therapy began during a time of grief and anxiety. Seeking help transformed my life, instilling freedom and restoring my relationships.
With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma and currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, I bring a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, and Existential Therapies to my practice and welcome the integration of faith and spirituality.
