Pain to Purpose is a transformative group therapy program designed to help individuals turn chronic health and pain into a sense of purpose. The program integrates mindfulness and holistic healing methods such as tapping (EFT), breathwork, meditation, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, and aromatherapy. These techniques support pain management and emotional healing. Additionally, participants receive practical tools for daily use, including journaling, self-guided meditations, self-care toolbox creation, and stress management exercises. This comprehensive approach offers both immediate relief and ongoing support, empowering participants to sustain their healing journey and enhance their overall well-being.
