I value the mind, body, brain connection. My approach is rooted in Polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and adaptive information processing. I take what we know about the brain and autonomic nervous system to create safe space for us to engage in honest self-reflection, heal, gain helpful tools, and embrace our authentic selves.
