In this life, it is impossible to come out unscathed. As we journey forward we continue to accrue new scars, bruises, and scrapes. It often seems the world asks that we simply put a band-aid on our deep wounds and keep moving; when so often our injuries and brokenness need more attention and care. As a therapist I take a very relational approach to counseling. I enjoy working with motivated and insightful, teens and adults who are looking for help with trauma recovery, anxiety & depression, grief & loss, ADHD, and life transitions.
I work to help you understand your story and work towards wholeness and healing. I strive to create an atmosphere of compassion, insight, and understanding. I take a trauma informed and collaborative approach to healing, implementing attachment, narrative, EMDR, and CBT based practices.
