Addressing issues such as depression, anxiety & grief in a holistic way can bring about change and healing. I engage healing through increasing relationship fulfillment, improving body & self-image, nutrition assessment, life transition support, and recovery from trauma and loss.
I have 16 years of experience working with survivors of domestic, interpersonal/relationship & sexual violence as well as veterans and those with military experience. I have 14 years of experience working with people who live with substance dependence & dual diagnosis needs. I specifically support stress & emotion expression needed in life transitions.
I support people living with a wide variety of transition & recovery needs, stress management & crisis management needs & post traumatic stress symptoms. I believe safety & compassion are integral to healing. My practice is informed & motivated by the strength & resiliency of those I work with as well as transformative & restorative justice practices.
