Are you struggling with anxiety, negative thoughts, same routine, or feeling alone? Have you had a recent personal hurdle that you are trying to understand and cope with? I provide a supportive atmosphere for my clients that is tailored to their personality. This a non-judgmental environment where hurdles are accepted, making mistakes, and growing as individuals. I work with pre-teens, teenagers and adults with various needs. I have multiple approaches, and it is important to work together and include your strengths.
I utilize different strategies to tailor needs for adults, teens, children, families, relationships, grief, postpartum, life stressors, and more. I want the experience to be collaborative for best success and will work through your concerns. I will utilize your beliefs and practices and build off your strengths.
