Attachment theory is the lens through which I view the world. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which shares this attachment perspective. My passion is working with couples and individuals who are looking to explore the challenging interaction patterns that get in the way of feeling safe and connected.
The foundation of my trauma-informed social justice perspective is the belief that people's lives are influenced by the systems that uphold oppression, marginalization, and discrimination. I am honored to work with folks of any gender expression, sexual orientation, relationship model, race, culture, religion, age, size, and differing ability.
