Hello and welcome! I believe we all have inherent worth and value, but our perception of our worth can be impacted by trauma, stress, and mental health concerns. Life is often challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I utilize attachment-focused, experiential, somatic, mindfulness, and other modalities to promote healing and realignment with our authentic selves. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma processing, substance use and addiction, eating disorders, codependency, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy issues, and family of origin concerns. I enjoy working with adults, teens, couples, and families.
I strive to create a nurturing and non-judgmental space for clients to show up exactly as they are in this moment. Along with CBT, I utilize DBT, ACT, IFS-parts work, mindfulness, and other experiential/somatic modalities. I am trained in Brainspotting and trauma-informed yoga for processing trauma/PTSD and to promote the mind-body-spirit connection.
