I enjoy working with adults, teens, couples and families to facilitate healing from trauma, codependency, eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, intimacy issues, maladaptive coping skills, partner betrayal, low self-worth and life transitions.
With a gentle yet challenging approach, it is my desire to meet clients where they are, while creating a safe and non-judgmental space. I work with my clients to challenge negative core beliefs, heal attachment-based wounds and guide the restoration of relationship to self and others.
