I believe that every individual’s journey is unique and deserving of understanding. I honor the narratives of my clients and work collaboratively to uncover what matters most to them. Whether it's navigating through life's complexities, rediscovering inner strengths, or working on issues such as anxiety and depression, I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their path towards healing and self-discovery. As a former EMT and member of Search and Rescue, I have experience in stress management, communication and interpersonal skills that I look to incorporate into the counseling process.
I aim to bring a calm and grounded presence to the counseling room, striving to create a comfortable and secure environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and actions in a nonjudgmental way. I offer support while also challenging clients in their pursuit of self-growth, using elements of CBT, mindfulness and ACT during the process.
