I am experienced in working with persons living with anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, codependency, communication challenges, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship stress, self-defeating beliefs, stress & traumatic experiences. My goal is to empower change by providing a safe, healing environment that supports self-discovery and understanding.
I view therapy as a collaborative process between client and therapist. I utilize a holistic, systems approach in delivering cognitive behavioral interventions to assist clients to develop a deeper understanding of self and new responses to challenges. I also offer EMDR to assist individuals with reducing symptoms associated with trauma.
