Reaching out for help when life keeps on going is the first step to healing. I work with adolescents and adults in a telehealth platform to meet you where you are at. I am able to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups in Idaho and Utah and have extended hours to meet you exactly where you are at in your journey. My area of expertise is working with clients for the treatment of grief and loss, end-of-life and life transitions, disease prognosis and coping with illness, caregivers for children with disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, family disruption/conflict, and AFCC informed therapy.
From a strength's based and solution focused approach, clients are assisted with gaining awareness and insight into their experience of the situation and are guided to utilize their strengths and existing expertise to work through life/environmental stressors. I have specialized training in working with grief and loss and disease prognosis and adjustment.
