Insight and Empowerment, LLC was originally established in 2018 and grew to become an agency staffed with fully credentialed mental health service providers. We provide individualized, trauma-informed, counseling services to the Idaho Falls and surrounding area, including telehealth options. Our clinicians provide mental health services for adults, teens, and children. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based practices to meet you or your loved ones needs. Our agency also has supportive services for clients; Peer Support Services, Youth Supports and Case Management Services. We have multiple clinicians to meet your needs. ​
We maintain a compassionate approach that is non-judgmental and non-shaming as this is necessary in the healing journey. ​Self-compassion and mindfulness techniques are foundational. Strength Based, Motivational, Solution Focused, Integrative and Holistic, as well as traditional CBT/DBT. Specialized training in trauma: Prolonged Exposure, CPT, and EMDR.
