I view the healing journey as a pathway to freedom. My goal in therapy is to provide a compassionate and safe space for you to reclaim your power and break free from negative beliefs that are no longer serving you. The active choice to seek help in that process takes great strength. My therapeutic approach involves identifying and building upon that strength in order to restore hope and empowerment in your life. I work with adult individuals, with an emphasis in helping women, who are seeking to gain freedom from shame and isolation in order to achieve a more fulfilling, authentic, and connected life.
I am trained in EMDR Therapy and operate from a strengths-based perspective that is highly individualized to attend to your specific needs. No one else has lived your life, which makes you the best expert on you. My role in this process involves helping you activate your innate self-awareness and develop a healthy, loving relationship with your true self.
I view therapy as a shared journey that allows us to work together to heal wounded parts at your own pace and comfort level, and I consider it an honor and a privilege to hold that space for your healing. Reclaiming Yourself: Support Group for Women 18-25
*Begins Feb 21st* Open therapy support group for women age 18-25 who are looking to reclaim their self-worth. This group will help you learn how to stop people-pleasing, reduce feelings of guilt/shame, and feel less isolated in your experience. You will gain therapeutic and peer support to help you rebuild your relationship with self and others, and increase socialization and connection. We will explore tools to help you cope with and cultivate resilience toward navigating the pressures young women face today including: dating, social media, body image, recognizing abuse, impacts of pornography, and more.
