Reclaiming Yourself: Support Group for Women 18-25

*Begins Feb 21st* Open therapy support group for women age 18-25 who are looking to reclaim their self-worth. This group will help you learn how to stop people-pleasing, reduce feelings of guilt/shame, and feel less isolated in your experience. You will gain therapeutic and peer support to help you rebuild your relationship with self and others, and increase socialization and connection. We will explore tools to help you cope with and cultivate resilience toward navigating the pressures young women face today including: dating, social media, body image, recognizing abuse, impacts of pornography, and more.
