Life is hard & seeking help can be even harder, but no matter how tough the situation seems, it's always workable & I wholeheartedly believe in you! I love supporting people towards becoming their best self & specialize in working with women, couples, trauma, relationships & codependency. My holistic approach is Transpersonal, mindfulness-based, body-centered, trauma-informed, strength-focused & nature-oriented. My job is to help you clear out old wounds so you can feel good in your body in order to cultivate your own innate wisdom & creativity in living a more fulfilling life. I also offer coaching via Awakened Hearts Healing Arts.
We are always in relationship - with ourselves, our environment & with others. Many of us have been deeply conditioned through harmful codependent systems & held down by trauma that restricts the way we relate. I can help break those negative patterns so you can live the life you really deserve: to embrace your birthright of sovereignty, health & happiness.
