I am a Master Social Worker in network with Aetna and United Healthcare using EMDR and internal family systems therapy to treat addiction, co-occurring disorders, and complex childhood trauma. My mission is to support clients in reconnecting with their innate inner goodness without seeking to fix or erase any part of their unique experiences. I firmly believe that every individual deserves to be free from suffering, and I am committed to helping clients remember they have the resources to find that freedom.
Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients toward insight, healing, and personal growth. EMDR allows us to work collaboratively to process traumatic memories and negative emotions, paving the way for profound healing and resolution.
Creating a safe and nurturing therapeutic space is paramount in my practice. I understand that the path to healing begins with feeling safe and at ease with your therapist. Therefore, I approach each client with empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. My goal is to help you remember that you are already whole, good, and deserving of happiness.
