That is what I strive to do.
I'm a sex positive and secular therapist strongly who believes in the healing power of relationships. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and honest. I work with individuals, couples, dyads and polycules, blending methods like IFS, Imago, and behavior therapy to tailor an approach that considers the unique strengths and challenges of each client.
It's totally normal to feel nervous or unsure about reaching out to a therapist. I strive to listen with openness, respond with genuineness, and meet you where you're at.
