I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build the relationships and lives they desire. We each enter our relationships with hurts and blind spots that keep us from connecting as we would like. Trauma is often the source of our hurt, even if it is many minor traumas. When these traumas are not dealt with, they can lead us to experience anxiety and depression. We must learn the tools to help us heal these root issues. Once we learn the tools, we must practice using them in a safe environment and apply them to other relationships.
My wife and I have been married for over twenty-four years, and we can say that we are even more in love now than when we were married. The things I have learned in my training, marriage, and life are accessible to you as well. These tools can help you reach the relationship goals and life you desire.
The stress of life can become overwhelming. We often feel like we are the only ones struggling. Being alone makes it difficult to see there are good parts of our life and can lead to hopelessness.
