When we are feeling disconnected from ourselves or are stuck in old patterns that impact the way we engage the world around us, it limits our ability to thrive. As a somatic therapist, I compassionately engage self-limiting beliefs that were woven by old trauma. It is my passion to help my clients become at home in their own skin and move in the world with confidence and dignity. I work with individuals dealing with trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual trauma, life transitions, sexual expression, addictions and existential issues.
We carry stories in our body that inform the way we interact with the world and the way we treat ourselves. Through somatic work, mindfulness and deep listening, I help my clients discover the energetic blocks in their systems that limit them from moving towards their own unique flourishing.
