I use a variety of modalities depending on your needs that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (with a special interest in challenging negative cognitions and working towards reframing towards more positive and reality based thoughts), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and using art and Mindfulness.
