I use cogitative behavior therapy to help individuals navigate a variety of life issues, specializing mood disorders, issues/trauma from childhood or family, grief/loss, religious trauma, life transitions. I am happy to collaborate with my clients to find an integrative approach that works best for them with what they are experiencing currently.
