Trim-Life Online: Weight Release/Healthy Living
TRIM-LIFE® is for those that have tried dieting but experience cravings and "out of control" and "comfort" eating. TRIM-LIFE® is a six-week online program that will guide you to discover triggers, unhealthy emotional eating patterns, and to change them where they reside – in the subconscious mind. The resources and skills provided will empower you to make healthy, sustainable choices that will allow you to continue losing weight after the group has ended. The cost for the six-week group (book, workbook and recordings) is $297.00. The next group starts January 2022.
