I cannot promise you that your trauma will magically be lifted off your shoulders after our first meeting… But what I can promise you, is that you have a strength within you that you are not seeing right now. While some of those challenges might never go away completely, they do not have to define who you are. You can learn to live with them and live a happy life full of joy.
I help to heal trauma and maladaptive behaviors by blending a spiritual and Indigenous lens with evidence based modalities like EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Lifespan Integration, Ego State Therapy, breathwork, subtle energy work, and ceremony. I myself am a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa.
I do have a waitlist, but if you are looking for a therapist who offers a holistic, intuitive, and spiritual approach to healing trauma and who honors your cultural background and experiences, I have some great recommendations, so feel free to reach out for referrals or to join the waitlist.
