I offer a wide variety of therapeutic approaches as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems. Together, my education and life experience have given me the knowledge and tools to help others from all walks of life.

I have lived a life in which I have been to hell and back multiple times so my experience is not found in books and colleges, it is found in life. I have felt shame and judgement in my life so much so I have vowed to never judge another and instead strive to see them where others can't.
