We at Committed 2 Me Counseling Center, LLC (C2MeCC, LLC) Love, LoVE, LOVE what we do, however, the therapy journey can be an emotionally painful one. You will be sharing information with this therapist that you would not share with a best friend. This process takes time, effort, trust and not to mention money. You should feel comfortable about the therapy process and the therapist. C2MECC, LLC suggest to anyone seeking therapy to “try on” a therapist like you would a pair of new shoes. The intervention by which you will use to meet your goals is important as well. At C2MECC, LLC, the therapeutic interventions used are reality testing, cognitive, problem solving, solution orient and CBT-Trauma focused to assist clients. These interventions are used because they allow you, the client, to determine how the therapeutic process will go.
While the therapeutic journey of learning new things and applying them to your life can be exciting and very rewarding, you should be aware that along this journey there could be pit falls.
