After 10 years of providing talk therapy with clients, I see the magical benefit of EMDR therapy in helping my clients do amazing reprocessing internally without having to depend on me more than themselves. This modality gets to the point and with a supportive guide you can finally feel a sense of belonging vs trying to fit in.

Remote - Social Skills and Assertiveness Group
This group was created to help people learn to cope w/ mild to moderate anxiety and stress related to social settings whether work, family, romantic, or friendship relationships. This group teaches you to express your needs, feelings, and emotions for more effective and fulfilling relationships. Group members will practice skills in role plays w/ group leader as well as each other if they choose. Or they may observe. Groups run for about 4-6 weeks and will meet usually on weekends for an hour and fifteen minutes.
