The condition of our relationships are crucial for overall peace and contentment in our lives. As someone trained in marriage and family therapy, I focus on the space between you and your loved ones. Sometimes there are past histories of resentment, nonproductive communication styles or cognitive filters that are us causing problems. Sometimes our way of being in the world or the structure of our systems keep us stuck in problematic cycles and patterns. In our work together, we can increase self-awareness and create pathways to relational healing.
Whether I am working with adult individuals, partnered relationships or family units, I work to listen deeply so that I can help you know yourself better and begin to move toward your goals. I bring a warm, empathetic and humorous style, and I strive to provide both support and challenge in a way that is productive and comfortable.

Faithful and True focuses on helping men find freedom from unwanted sexual behaviors and provides guidance and direction for women experiencing betrayal trauma.
