Let me partner with you or your child to develop more beneficial thoughts that empower changes that create deeper connections. I work with youth experiencing trauma and social issues learn how to build connections with themselves and others. Through this process I will also use CBT, Mindfulness, Strength based, and Motivational interviewing to develop a healthier mind and body.
I am an experienced therapist that has worked with youth dealing with many different struggles from anxiety to drug addiction. With over 15 years working as a School Counselor and 7 years in the treatment and prevention of addiction, I know how to encourage positive changes with youth in even the most tumultuous of times.
